Depending on the services required, Guaranteed Medical Billing, charges a flat fee or a small percentage for each bill paid, and this is as low as $1.50 per electronic submission. And not an hourly rate as an employee would receive, so when you don't get paid, we don't get paid!
You can use us as little or as much as your office needs. If you need us for just the rejected claims that you just get around to checking or resubmitting or have our internet based secure software installed on you system to take full advantage of all our services and training.
 NO computer software to purchased. It's free with all the upgrades and training and support. You will need internet connection for access to you records.
NO contract to sign (except a Business Associate Agreement per HIPAA regulations).
NO set-up fees. We will install the software, arrange complete training, and work on site to make sure everyone is comfortable with our billing system.
NO payments up front. We only get paid when you get paid. We charge on a percentage basis of total revenue collected. This gives us an incentive to obtain the maximum revenue due and do so in a timely manner, or we do not get paid. Additionally based upon the results of a recent survey, our fees are lower than the national average.

GUARANTEED MEDICAL BILLING guarantees that claims will be submitted by the next business day at the latest after receipt of claims information by GUARANTEED MEDICAL BILLING.
In most cases, claims will be submitted the same day information is received by GUARANTEED MEDICAL BILLING!
There will be no charge for any claims not submitted by GUARANTEED MEDICAL BILLING by the next business day at the latest after receipt of claim information by GUARANTEED MEDICAL BILLING.

We guarantee to review and file you claim within 24 hours after receiving it.

We guarantee that every claim will be adjudicated in 90 days or less.

We discount our fee on reimbursements collected on claims aged > 90 days.

We discount our fee again on reimbursements collected on aged claims > 120 days.
